if you were together a long time then no you should not keep trying for her.but be her friend and let her know you still love her in that way. Take some time to let it all sink in. when you are ready see some other girls. if neither you nor her have had many GF or BF then she probably feels the same way i do. i dated a girl for over year right after i got out of high school but neither of us had had very many other relationships in the past. don't you worry that maybe there is someone else out there for you or her? when and how would this relationship have ended? Where was it going? marriage? she didn't want to end the relationship badly but the only way for her to know if you were really right for each other is to see other people. be her friend and if you are right for each other you will find yourselves together again. PS it depends how long you were together. if it was like a month its over. be happy that she is happy

Well, a lot depends on the age here. If you are both still in your teens then I think it will be healthy to let her go out with other guys and still be friends with her. If you can be a constant and loyal friend while she dates, it's more than likely that the two of you will eventually end up together. If you are much older, then maybe it's best to move on as then she was just letting you down in the nicest possible way and you are unlikely to ever progress further than just friends.

oh sweetie that the reason why friends should not get involved. I believe that you should let it go. It's will never be the same again. She only told you that she wants to date other men is because basically she wanted to sleep with some one else. Baby move on to something new. Sometimes the the things we hold on are the same ones God is trying to tear us apart from.

I hate to be the one to tell ya but you need to move on. If you want to test her you should find a girl to hang out with around her and see if she gets jealous. Some people dont' know what they have until its gone!

Bro it's over, she is banging someone else. The friend thing is to appease you until she can get away for good. She is easing you out of her life. Make like Mike and Beat it!

It's over - sorry. She's doing her best to spare your feelings, she's just not being very direct. Let her go.
