If I was you I would up grade windows ME first, it's full of bugs & no longer supported by Microsoft.

According to Google (the site that provides Picasa), you need Windows 2000 or Windows XP to run Picasa. See the first link below.
Just in case you still want to download it, the second link is for the download page.

You can try Windows Vista in late January 2007 if you want, it surely works with Picasa. Try running the compatibility wizard for this program.

Hi i don't think you will sorry but can i ask you why are you useing windows ME it's usles try XP it's brilliant i used ME for years and had nothing but problems ME is faulty i recomend XP AND SERVICE PACK 2 ANY DAY your computer will run faster and better than you could ever imagin

you can go to media player and then put what you want to download or you can go to ask.com then put in what you want
to download then a screen will pop up saying download close or open click download when that is done a new screen will pop up and say open or open folder or save or cancel you can click on anyone except cancel then you will have to download it again then when you click on one a screen will pop and say save :
you put a name or something there then you can click on it again then click on open folder and then what you downloaded while pop up
