There is no good diet pill out there hon..sorry to tell you. All diet pills don't work and some can even harm your body. The best way to loose baby weight is by going for walks and doing exercise and having a healthy diet. A diet that you can stick too.

Just about all of them work temporarily but are not safe for long term use (30 days or more) as they can lead to serious problems down the road for you. The best route is a natural and healthy diet plan. There are hundreds out there as I have researched many tried a lot as well. The best and easiest one I have discovered is a no diet weight loss plan that requires no special foods or skipped meals

The question is, what will you do when you lose the weight?

If you can't change your food choices now, what will you do when you lose weight?

Most people regain the weight they lose because they go back to the foods they used to eat.

Be aware that diet pills make some people nervous. That's probably not a good thing if you have a small baby.

First, don't take diet pills if you're nursing.

Secondly, my experience with diet pills is they make you feel awful. They mess up your heart rate and when they wear off, your energy takes a major, major dive. I would not recommend diet pills to anyone, especially a new mom. I know it's tempting, but it just screws up your body and makes things worse.

Jesus does not hate baptism of toddlers, all got here to be baptized, no one replaced into handed over. Christ loves us all.
