Well, there is a couple of things we need to know:
Does she have a fever? No fever means it is unlikely to be an infection or appendices.
Does it hurt to the touch? If it does you should consider taking her to the ER if she is doubling over in pain when you push on her stomach.
I am making the assumption here that there is no physical appearence of injury. If there is you will need to determine the severity in order to determine taking her to the doctor.
When is the last time she had a bowel movement? It could be gas or constipation, and she just may not understand what is going on. Give her some juice and rock her to see if this gets thinks moving. Assuming there was no fever and no pain to the touch, though there can be pain to the touch with gas as well.
It could also be as simple as her being tired. Some children will have tummy trouble when they are over tired.
Also, be sure to think through what she has eaten today. Was there anything out of the norm? And can you be absolutely certain that she did not eat anything toxic? Watch for sign of vomiting or diarreha that could indicate something more severe.
If symptoms persist or worsen you should certain seek medical assistance. You know your child better than anyone, if she is crying for prolonged periods or rolling around in pain it would be a good idea to seek immediate assistance tonight. If she is able to lay down and fall asleep comfortably without any of the above issues, then you are probably okay to way until tomorrow and reavaluate the situation, but we not doctors. We can only give you advice based on experience. Ultimately you have to follow your gut and best judgment.
Hope everything works out!

Ways to check for appendix:
1.) draw an imaginary line between her right side hip bone and her navel...if the pain seems along that line (aboout midway)..it might be appendix..
2.) Lay something small on the floor, like a string or a pencil, and ask her to jump over it..demonstrate the process by jumping with feet together, a short hop. If they can do this, without doubling over in pain, it is seldom appendicitis.
If you suspect appendix, call the doc., otherwise just continue to watch her through the nite and call doc first thing in the morning if the pain continues.

There are not many doctors here.. so take anything here with a grain of salt. If your truly worried then take her to the ER but if you think it may just be gas or whatever then give her something for it, if it worsen's or doesnt get better within an hour take her in. Your the mommy, so you you need to do what you think is right. When in doubt don't... well your doubting about taking her so don't wait. Good luck hun.

If it is gas, try to get her to lie on her stomach for a while. If it is gas it should pass soon. If that doesn't work, take her to the ER. Do not give her any medication when you don't know the cause of her pain.

If the pain gets worse take her to the ER. Do not medicate because it could mask the symptoms. Hopefully its just gas and it will pass, or is she running around and has a cramp on her side.? Keep us posted!

This doesn't sound like normal two-year-old pains. I doubt it is appendix or gas. Has she had a bowel movement today? You never know if there is an obstruction or something, I wouldnt let her cry in pain, take her to the e.r., better than letting her suffer or worse, getting sicker. Good luck hun, hope she is okay.

Definitly take her to the doctor. Why take chances. By the way, just a tip, stop refering to your daughters age in months, just say shes to years old, otherwise you'll confuse stupid people.
