take more liquid food like poridges, fresh fruit juice without sugar and some fresh vegetables (that can be taken raw) can be ground to a fine juice. cucumber and watermelon are very good source of fluid to the body.

I have a small receipe also - grind 1 raw tomato, 1 raw carrot, 1/2 raw cucumber, 1 raw apple together with a glass of water at normal temperature and a t-spoon of sugar. this can be taken as many times you want in a day.

south indian meal of rice and sambar is best as you can take as much sambar you want which makes the food easy to digest and adds to the water level too.

Hi, you feel thirsty when your body requires water intake.
If the climate is rainy and cool, then the body requires less water and hence, u feel less thirsty.

Go in for fruit juices in the morning or evening. They will not only keep up the water levels of your body but will also supply you with the much needed vitamins and minerals that the body needs to survive.

8 glasses a day seems to be the "suggested" amount. Be aware that this should be pure, 100% water. Not from juice or other beverages. Also, you should actually be drinking constantly thoughout the day. The key is that you should not wait until you are thirsty to drink. Once you are thirsty, it is "too late". Thirst is your body telling you that it needs water and at that point, your cells are already deprived.

Get drinking! : )

Drink water when you are thirsty. About 7-9 cups daily but everyone probably drinks less.
