5000 mg / 250 mg/mL = 20 mL

20 mL - 8.6 mL = 11.4 mL

First change 5 g to mg which is 5000 mg.
Then....
5000 mg / 250 mg/ml= 20 ml

20 ml - 8.6 ml = 11.4 ml powder volume
