俺の勝ちだ (ore no kachi da) or 俺の勝ち (ore no kachi) will do.

There's also やった (yatta) which means "I did it!" It's used like "I win" or "Yes!" too. Do you remember Chun Li in Street Fighter 2 (Well, you may be too young). She used to say that a lot whenever she won.

watashi (I) wa kachi mashita!(have won!)
Feel free to substitute watashi with more masculine "boku" if you are male. Otherwise stick to "watashi"

A girl says "watashi no kachi" or "atashi no kachi".
A boy says "boku no kachi" or "ore no kachi".

"watashi" sounds feminine and formal.
"atashi" sounds girlish.

"boku" sounds a bit childish.
"ore" sounds masculine.
