Beaumont is not located near Los Angeles, it is about 100 miles away and in traffic that can be hours.
Beaumont is off Interstate 10 and California 60 right where the 10 and 60 meet, you can get there from either road.
It is near Banning, Yucaipa, Calimesa and Redlands.

Beaumont, CA is east of Chino Hills and west of Palm Springs.

It's a small town with many poor people on welfare. Some High school kids there get pregnant, married and go on welfare. Those kids will have to learn how to fill out rental agreements with Mommy's help.

Old homes are on large property lots. Builders are building townhomes and charges a bundle.

Cherries!

Cherry Valley, that is. It's great to cherry pick in the early summer. Hopefully, it's worth the drive.
