I dont have a lot of time when I work out and I work out at home but how does this sound.
I run in the pm 3-5 times a week for 25-35mins (manual treadmill)
I also work abs (power 90 ab ripper)
and do incline pushup 3 sets of ten.
I drink approx. 2L of water daily and watch what I eat. Light on the carbs.
Constructive critisism please

Cant go outside, I have a small child and no sitter. I know the running would be more effective outside
