One its the package that comes with it,for one nothing in the united states comes for free,or generous in terms of benefits. for eg;The tourism industry, managers are well treated,in terms of large hotels that can afford it,
1. they can live on property, and own a private home of their own, without ever going home.
2. all bills are foot by the company,Utility bills, health, insurance and yes at times there has even been car insurance, and transportation allowance.
3.They are well payed especially those who really coordinate the every day finances and planning of the company.

Sounds too good to be true well become a General Manager or a Engineer Manager,or the Finance controller,in one of those hotels in Jamaica and see for your self.
And further more even if some locals are qualified it still not easy to get such coveted positions, but still even they too benefit from the spoils.

The only persons who may complain at the end of the day is average worker. At the end of the day most jobs, top ones are more open to outsiders, for what am not really sure, and this is the truth.
