Hello?!?! You're 18, 5'3, and 110 pounds? You do NOT need to look skinnier in ten days, or at all. I'm 14, 5'2, 120 pounds, and I'm perfectly healthy, and look pretty fit. I'm worried about you. If you don't eat a healthy diet, you're going to feel horrible. Trust me, you're absolutely fine, and you don't need to lose weight. If you're putting yourself on diets like this often and think you're fat at your size, I'd advise you to get some professional help.

I observed the ebook to be very informative and convenient to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too swiftly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm no longer sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however most likely) and doing little or no endeavor, however the weight maintains flying off. It naturally works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me on the grounds that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've in no way bought some thing like this earlier than on the grounds that they're in general filled with trash, however 3WD has been a quality shock. Get began at present!

Your current height and weight suggest you do not really need to lose the weight. You would lose the weight on a strict diet of vegetables, but you could also make yourself very ill with a crash diet. It's hard to say if you would lose 10 pounds in the time frame you are discussing, though the first few pounds lost would simply be water. If you don't have 10 pounds of fat your body can afford to lose, it won't be easy done. If you force your body to do it, then what you will lose is muscle tissue when the body is forced to turn on itself. I imagine you look very good at your present size, and perhaps you would do better to consider choosing clothing which was flattering to you and makeup which ccented your overall youthful glow. A healthy look is much more appealing than heroin chic, especially on a young lady like yourself. If you really feel you have an out of shape body, a workout schedule to tone and firm, and to increase your strength would be of more benefit than a starvation diet. Please consider what you want to do and the detriment it could be to your overall state of health. You are 18, already of small size, and probably quite beautiful as you are. Work with what you have, and don't worry about being stick thin. Be healthy and shapely, not skin and bones.

Well. You can try the Britney Spears method. Stay away from junk food. Don't eat foods with alot of grease. Stay away from fast food places. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eat 6 mini meals. Like granola bars and vegetables. Try dressing with the vegetables if you don't like them plain. I run on the treadmill every morning for an hour. Or I jog around for an hour. Then at night I either run on the treadmill, or jog for another hour. Or just do 45 minutes of push-ups or sit-ups
