Do you think most churchs are exercising correct biblical leadership
Remove the Pastor and modern Christianity collapses. Remove the Pastor and virtually every Protestant church would be thrown into a panic. Remove the Pastor and Protestantism as we know it dies. The Pastor is the dominating focal point, mainstay, and centerpiece of the modern church. He is the embodiment of Protestant Christianity.

Ah HA! ..By George .. I think he's got it! Give that man a quipe doll. It's all about our relationship with GOD through the Holy Spirit in the authority of Jesus name.
The Pastors job is to equip the saints for the work of the Gospel. The saints "US" are to go into all the world and proclaim the good news that all have sinned and there is salvation in the belief that Christ paid our debt on the cross. Now we can boldly come before the throne of GOD here and here after. WhoOO HooO! Amen. Yes people put the Pastor in the place of Jesus. Some pastors don't even discourage it. ACK!
May GOD bless you bro! Your eyes are truly open! Go GOD go!!!!!!

Pastors today are for the most part not picked in accordance with scripture (Letters to TIM). This explains many of the problems the chuch has with people saying I ama Christian getting voted president because of that and then invading another country w/o due cause. If Pastors were picked as prescribed then they would be preaching accountability and then going to church while edifying for members of the body would soon become tedious for the ones who attend and proudly say they are members when they have alterior motives. Who wants to go some where if they are going to haul you into the office and say if you do not stop gossiping you will be ex-communicated or a pre excomunication ostrisizing first and then exed.
You put ypur finger on the big problem.
Also note if elders were puicked properly there would likely be more than one and then if one dropped dead good for him on we go.

NO. What God intended was that mature and older believers pastor the flock, just like the shepherd would look after the flock. God never intended for hirelings to shepherd the flock. Moreover it was a responsibilty assumed by the more older believers (the elders of the church, though there is a general sense of looking out for each other among believers), and not a position that comes with a title that you can get into merely by going through seminary.

Every body has a head. If you see a headless body then you know for sure it's a corpse. The life of the church is the head/leader/pastor. This is God's system or method of operation for order in the church; the same goes for the home/family, without a leader/head/man you will find discourse.

That's funny.
My Church's Rock is the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ, and the Trinity.
There are such things as circut preachers. The Christian Church does NOT depend nor rely on some specific male person to exist or succeed. You must be Catholic, or you'd mention removal of the Priest.
The Holy Spirit is the Living Word of God. It needs no flesh-and-blood persona to get God's Word out. The Bible can stand alone.
What's your beef???

Mary: No we ABSOLUTELY DO NOT suppose that GOd got here down & had intercourse with Mary. We suppose that via the vigor of the HOly Ghost Mary conceived God's Son, Jesus CHrist. DESPITE bologna to the opposite that you're going to each see, learn and listen to quoted. Eternal Progression: We suppose that once God stated we will inherit "All that the Father Hath" that He supposed that actually. So from an excessively gigantic everlasting point of view of direction, for those who play out that line of notion continually and if we're to are living endlessly, develop & study endlessly then YES we suppose it's viable that we will come to be like God. We may not ever be GOD however god(s), holy, excellent beings the populating our possess planets stuff is whatever that's thrown round in Mormon dialogue & circles, however I don't suppose it's MAINSTREAM doctrine. We do not have Sunday School classes approximately such principles and it's due to the fact that whatever that happens within the subsequent lifestyles isn't utterly identified to any people but, is it? So relying on how doctrinally literate, a little bit enthusiast or might be quite able of a gigantic everlasting point of view one Mormon could suppose something and one could suppose an additional approximately this thought. I could need to seek McConkie's Mormon Doctrine to quite learn up in this myself. Personally I stick with the matters I KNOW and the matters which are pertinent to ME NOW and the mysteries of the dominion of God I will depart to the eternities and in HIS fingers. Thank you incidentally for honestly soliciting for a REAL opinion from an ACTUAL LDS MEMBER rather of leaving it to the illconceived hordes who so willingly present their loss of truly advantage approximately our ideals. Your respectful query is preferred! : )

Why do you want to remove the Pastor? I don't understand. Christ had diciples to help Him with His ministry. Look at a Pastor as a modern diciple that Christ has called to help Him with His ministry.
Even if Pastors were removed, Christ would replace them with other leaders He chooses. So remove the Pastors if you wish, Christ will always prevail!!!!!

If he proclaims God's word, properly distinguished between Law and Gospel.
He is called to tell all of the Good News of Jesus Christ and him crucified every time he steps into the pulpit.
If he does not, he should either learn how, or get a different occupation.

I’d say that’s true in some churches and those are the churches to avoid. The messenger should never out-power the message.
