It depends on how clear the drain is when this happens. If it is relatively free flowing, it would not be a safety issue, but is is a pretty big etiquette issue. Don't let your girl friend/wife catch you.

Actually urine is sterile. If you are injured in the field and do not have clean water and soap to wash the wound you can urinate in the wound to make it sterile, so I am guessing the sink is pretty safe. The greater risk is to the finish on the sink from the uric acid, so you would want to run water down it when you are finished and clean it regularly to keep the sink in good condition.

Who has a sink in their bedroom????
I assume that you want to know if it's safe to urinate into a bathroom sink. Yes, why wouldn't it be safe. It all goes down the same sewer drain eventually anyway. Just don't do #2 in the sink.

Haha, its totally safe. Pee isnt all that bad... its like, every thing we eat but all the nutrients sucked out. I mean, its not like you are peeing all over the sink and whatnot. That's gross.
