I sleep on my stomach and I know that can't be good

Try and sleep on your back. Putting pillows beside you will help you stay in that position. Also sleep on a neck roll or a pillow with neck support. It's hard to try and sleep in a different position so mabe try a heat pad underneath you the first few times to help you get comfortable on your back. Good Luck Snoozin!!

The only way I know to fix this problem is to hug something. Get yourself another pillow. Lie on your side with the pillow beside you, about level with your stomach. Hug the pillow close to you with one leg and one arm.

Now there's no way you can fall forward on to your stomach!

Eventually, you'll get used to this sleeping position and you'll stay there even without the pillow.
