No, if you're allergic to eggs you are not allergic to chicken. It's probably just the rawness of the egg yolks or egg white that gets you allergic. Chickens are different from eggs even if chickens come from eggs.

It could be either way. My mother is allergic to chicken, but not allergic to eggs. I am allergic to both. Some people are allergic to just the eggs.

I don't think that if your allergic to eggs that you would be allergic to chicken. I mean you could just be allergic to the embryo of the egg, which you don't find in a fully grown and cooked chicken.
