Has another cat moved into the community that may be outside or even next store that she may be smelling. Or did someone by chance have a baby close by cats will often mistake their crying for another cat. Seems that she is talking to or trying to find something.

My cat did this and a friend suggested I give her a kitten. This I did by rolling some yarn around a toliet paper roll and making it soft so she could carry it around. This was all she wanted and helped settle her down. I think they get the mothering urge even tho they are spayed. Good luck. Otherwise, call the vet.

Cats are very good at hiding the fact that they are sick. Is she still eating? I would suggest taking her to a vet because I let my cat act weird for a month and when I took her to the vet, it was too late, she had fatty liver disease and died within hours of starting treatment.

my cat did that a few times and when we took her to the vet (because we didn't know what else to do) we found out that her tooth is cracked. she still eats and plays actively, so we didn't expect to see that at all. she is also spayed. thank God we took her to the vet before too late.
I don't know what you have in your basement, maybe something is bothering the cat while she is there by herself. I never let my cat in the basement because of the wires and wood dusts - it's half renovated, who knows what happened to her or what she smelled down there.

She might still think that she is able to have babies. My female cat does that too. Or she could be lonely. Does she have a playmate? If you're really worried take her to the vet, but I think she's probably just experiencing either hormonal issues or some severe lonliness. Good Luck!!

No thanks to inform what's incorrect for sure, vomiting is a symptom of many stuff, conceivable poisoning. The analysis desires to made through the veterinarian. To do? bypass outdoors and get the cat into the abode. Take the cat in to the veterinarian ASAP.
