Dissolving it under your tongue will make it work faster. But as a doctor who has allergies to pain meds, I have gotten a lot of relief by using diazepam and phenergan (both are prescription) together; it makes you really sleepy until you become used to it, but will reduce the pain and the potential for addiction.

not really, a lorcet should start working within a half hour anyway. i would just take it normally, just be sure to have food in your stomach first to decrease stomach upset, don't work or drive or drink alcohol with it. and lastly, lorcet has a lot of tyelenol in it, so if you want to take something else for pain, try ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen)

myself, i would take a sublingual, why should you suffer any longer than you have to, a sublingual works almost instantly, good luck to you, hope your pain is gone soon!!
