Does absinthe make the heart grow fonder ?

I do not consume alcohol, but have wondered if this is true, false or just a bad pun based on "Absence make the heart grow fonder ?

True absinthe containing wormwood-yes-due to chemical drug like effects.

Absinthe without the wormwood-maybe due to it's high alcohol content

Yes absence does make the heart grow fonder because you start to realize how much you miss the person.
