I take gingko. It really helps me to focus when I'm stressed. I've also found that chamomile is very calming for me as well. You can buy chamomile caplets, but I like drinking it in tea. www.adagio.com sells my favorite chamomile team.

Nope,....my father and mom have achieved not something. Ever. even even as i became in genuine problem, they nonetheless suggested no. My Grandad gave my Dad 5 homes on his twenty first birthday....effective eh. He bought all of them over the years to help his organisation, which he has bought and now lives very conveniently off in Southern France in a pleasing Gite... yet i'm satisfied. i don't experience any responsiblity for helping my father and mom in later existence. i visit guarantee that I help my young children as a lot as i visit even as the time comes...i could not sit down decrease back and watch my toddlers warfare if I have time and/or money to assist.

I have ADHD.. have tried homeopathic treatments for years with no luck.. my mother strongly believes in homeopathic treatments so for twenty years she used them on me... only a slight difference. It was only when I started taking Concerta that I noticed a huge, amazing difference..
If you're at your wit's end I would really suggest going the route I did. I will never go back.

This is very good: http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/neurological/atomoxetine.html
40 mg./day. It takes 2 weeks to arrive. Strattera is non-amphetamine and very safe. There will be a crazy feeling in your head and dizziness for the first few days but that will disappear. You won't have the mind-racing and disorganization in your head.

Go to a health food store and ask that specific question. They will probably point you to ginko biloba. Look for a homeopathic physician in your community.
