Where can you find the watter bubbles that let you get inside and walk on water?

These are big bubbles I HAVE SEEN IN MOVIES AND SUCH THAT LET YOU GET INSIDE FILL WITH AIR AND WALK ON WATER.

sorry to burst your bubble, but in real life, no such thing........closest is the BOB Bouyant Underwater Bubble.........looks like the top half of a spacesuit; air is piped in and you can walk around on the bottom wearing one......
