A man walks into a town and needs a hair cut. He sees a man and asks where he can get his hair done. The man said there are only 2 places, a place on the West Side and a place on the East Side. The man goes to the East side and sees a barbershop, and it looks terrible. The mans place is dirty and his hair isn't groomed nicely. He sees outside it is 10 dollars to get a haircut and decides to leave. He goes to the West side and sees a beautiful barber shop. The floors are clean and the mans hair is styled nicely and he sees it is also 10 dollars to get his haircut. He sits down and thinks to himself and goes back to the East side... Why does he do that?

because there are only two barbers in town, the barbers would need to cut each other's hair so the west side barber's nicely styled hair is cut by the uncomly east side barber while the east side barber's messy crappy hair is cut by the west side barber.

He went to the messy barber shop because, the barbers were brothers.. they did each other's hair. The clean man's haircut was nicely trimmed and neat, but the messy man's haircut was not neat at all and messy.

because the west side guy had to cut the east side guys hair and the reason why the shop is dirty is because he has no time to clean because he is always working on someones hair

The guy on the west side is not busy so he has time to be tidy. The guy at the east side is busy and doesn't have time to clean he nust do good work.

because the floors are clean the guy obviously isnt doing much business, and if business is slow then i can assume that he gives horrible hair cuts
