do this:
Lie on your back with your arms at your sides and your left heel on a Swiss ball, ankle flexed so your toes point toward your shin. Draw your right knee toward your chest. Keeping the knee tucked, slowly raise your hips by contracting your glutes so that just your head, shoulders, and arms are touching the floor. (Your body should form a straight line from your head to your left heel.) Lower your hips to the floor and repeat for the specified number of reps. Then switch positions so your right heel is on the ball and repeat.
it works your abs but you can really feel it in your ***, difficult and effective.i got it out of a mens health issue

Tighten your butt and legs while walking on the tredmill with a high incline for 25 min. Hurts so good!!

Squats and Lunges seem to work fabulous. Also try doing some cardio on the stair master, or something where walking up hill.

Try lunges or a stair master. If those hurt too, then you'll need to get yourself access to a gym and use one of these.

lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor thrust your pelvis upward. squeeze your butt when you are at the top of your thrust. it helps your butt and your legs
