You can cover them with medical cosmetics or have plastic surgery. Laser treatment works on some burns but not all.

Is the wound/burn healed and scarred now? If so, then you can buy a product called ScarGel made from Medical Grade Silicone and made by Spenco. Most pharmacies have it and if not can order it. I am a surgeon and use it all the time on burn scars with marvelous results. Until you get it prick a vitamin E and put the oil on the scar.

plastic surgery if anything will help but sometimes there is just no real help.
