When it interferes with the established relationships of peers and mates. If you were skeptical of people in your life who have proven to be trustworthy, you can bet that those relationships wouldn't last very long.

when they require absolute proof for everything
no one can totallly prove anything
even in math they have axioms/postulates which cannot be proven but it just seems that they couldn t possibly be false
when you require proof for something like that, then you are too skeptical
