Please help me translate...
In Spanish, how would I write: "Caution, please watch out for our two cats. Be careful when opening and closing doors." Also how would I say "Cats are inside."

I'm making a sign for our apartment door. Maintenance, exterminators, cleaners, inspectors, and a variety of people often enter our apartment when we are gone at work. One of our cats (the less smart one) tries to sneak out between your legs whenever the door is openend. I have a feeling that if she got out she would never find her way back because she isn't very bright and she is too curious/easily distracted.

Thanks in advance!

Due to the various Spanish dialogues, I'd like to specify that I'm looking for Mexican Spanish. I live in a larger midwest US city and I believe most of our Spanish speaking people are of Mexican origin.

"Atención, cuidado con nuestros 2 gatos. Por favor, cuidado al abrir y cerrar las puertas".

Cats are inside: Los gatos estan dentro.

You're welcomed.

"Precaucion. Por favor, tenga cuidado con nuestros dos gatos. Tenga cuidado al abrir y cerrar las puertas". Cats are inside can be translated as " Tenemos gatos dentro de la casa"

starting from the point thatt you are afraid tha the cat will leave the apartment, because a distraction of any kind that leave your door open it will go like this,
!!!AVISO!!!,ASEGURESE DE TENER CUIDADO AL ENTRAR Y SALIR DEL APARTAMENTO CUANDO ENTRE A TRABAJAR AQUI!,INMEDIATAMENTE ABRA LA PUERTA ASEGURESE DE NO DEJARLA ABIERTA ,YA QUE POSEO 2 GATOS ,Y SI LA DEJA ABIERTA POR DESCUIDO PODRIAN EXTRAVIARSE
Y ENTONCES SERIA SU RESPONSABILIDAD,POR FAVOR ,VEALO COMO UNA MEDIDA DE PRECAUCION Y PARA MI PAZ MENTAL,GRACIAS ANTICIPADAS ,QUE PASE UN BUEN DIA!!!
ATENTAMENTE.,
(YOUR NAME OR THE FAMILY NAME)

IN ENGLISH; ATTENTION!!! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN AND GET IN TO WORK IN MY APARTMENT,I OWN 2 CATS
AND AS A RULE OF PREVENTION YOU SHOULD CLOSE THE DOOR INMEDIATELY YOU COME IN, OTHERWISE THEY WILL LEAVE THE APARTMENT,;IM NOT TRYING TO SOUND RUDE ,ITS JUST A PRECAUTION FOR MY PEACE OF MIND ,OTHERWISE WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY,THANKS IN ADVANCE,
