Broccoli and other leafy green veggies (spinish, kale, brussells sprouts), soy products like soy milk (tasty!) and tofu, almounds, and fortified foods like orange juice and cereals. Also antacids like Tums and supplements.

Don't go for milk products. The animal protein makes you blood more acidic and more calcium is used up as a result. Backwards, huh?

there are a variety of ways you can increase calcium. Milk is the obvious one, but also think of the milk products like cheese, yoghurt, ice cream, etc. There are also calcium tablets available from pharmacies stocking natural supplements like vitamins. Hope this helps.
