If you have WindowsXP - you have it. Right-click on the desktop, choose Properties.
cl Screensaver
select "My Pictures Slideshow"
This will use your photos in My Pictures as a slideshow. You should be aware that although this can be fun, it will consume memory and really slow you down. After enjoying mine for a while, I reset my screensaver and wallpaper to blank.

Webshots! They have a small program you can install. Then you can download lot of nice pics from their website and it will place them in the background in the frequency you set

yeah its called windows ... set it to use ur pictures and the amount of time to display each one ... in the screensaver section
