I have a six month old kitten, and i adopted her at 2 months old, she sucks on her toes and the hair around her toes. Is it some kind of disorder or is it normal?

It's called "wool sucking." It's a normal comfort behavior. When she nursed, she would "march" on her mom's tummy, and the nipple was right between her feet. Unless she starts to irritate her feet or lose fur, it's nothing to worry about.

One of my cats uses my ear, and one likes to nurse a blanket.

Yeah, she' s probably doing the thing like sucking a blanket, which is very normal. My female still does and she's 1 1/2, our male sometimes still does and he's 4 1/2.

Or is she grooming her toenails? They do that too.

probably nothing to worry about . Probably just a comfort thing for the kitten. Just keep an eye on the toes that they don't become red, inflammed and infected

Your kitty is normal, she is just suckling her toes for comfort. My kitty suck on the corner of her blanket. Its a natural instinct, she might of been taking away from her mommy to soon.

What's up with krystle e answer, grow up Just because someones asks something about sucking dosn't mean something sexual. Get your mind out of the gutter.

That's completely normal. That's just a habit. Think of it as a baby sucking on its thumb. It's fine, don't worry. I think that is cute and funny at the same time.:)

it could be that she was taken away from her mother at to young of an age, so she is suckling her toes.

She may eventually out grow it, and if it isn't causing any harm to her paws or mouth it'll be fine.

I don't think its anything serious, but if you're still not sure you might want to take her to the vet.
