1) Isotonic drinks
2) Put your wrists under cold water for 1-2mins each until it is really cold - the cold water cools the blood (literally) because the veins are so close to the surface. Do not do this for too long in case the blood clots.

You've probably got Hyperhidrosis, don't freak out by the name of it. It's a disorder where your sweat glads produce more than they should. Exercise is actually a good thing for the problem considering you sweat and then later there isnt much there to sweat. But if your like me I've got Hyperhidrosis and my hands sweat constintly, the only thing that can be done is either have a surgery and have my sweat glands clamped or go to my doctor and be put on medication for the problem. Medication is probably the best option considing the surgery don't take most insurance and it runs about 6,000 dollars. But here is a link where you can see a little more about Hyperhidrosis. http://www.handsweat.com/ets.html
it says handsweat.com but there is more sweat problems on there than just that. I hope this helps

Are you using a deodorant or an antiperspirant? Deodorants just mask the smell... Antiperspirants limit the amount of sweat.

Try an anti-perspirant with silicone dioxide. It helps to reduce sweating. You could also use a men's anti-perspirant with a very mild scent.

No and you need to sweat if you are working out. Just drink a lot of water and accept it.
