If you know who issued the card(IE Citibank,Providian,Washington Mutual) you can get their # (call 1800-555-1212) through 1-800 info.Give them your SS# ,name,and address, and they should help.If not just wait until your next statement comes and then call them.In most states you are not liable for any charges that they cannot prove you made. Too late for this, but you need a computer file on your account numbers and info. Look up the card on the net, go in their site and find 800 # call it in lost.

I cant find a site for them on any serach engine. If you have a previous statement that should have their phone number on it. Sorry, I tried.
