Im pretty in shape, but like for three weeks i havent been workingout and i look bloated. I have a party to go to in twenty days....what can i do to get my body back faster? please only serious answers.

I'd do a cardio regiment of 45 minutes everyday that will decrease water weight. Do not eat lots of salty foods either. I hope it isn't that much weight youa re talking about losing. But if you do cardio for 45 minutes a day maybe light weights and crunches (maybe 100 a day) then you should just fine for the party in 20 days but don't be lazy about it. If you only have 20 days use at least 6 days of the week each week to excercise a bit.

Answering this question is an ethical dilemma. The fastest way to lose weight is damn sure not the safest, nor the most permanent. I would suggest a middle of the road approach between 3 meals a day lacking entirely of dense carbohydrates, coupled with intense cardiovascular routines either running or on an eliptical machine. make sure all your meals contain a lean protein such as chicken or fish, and totally eliminate refined sugars out of your diet. No soda, candy etc. I have no idea what your body type is, but you will see marked results in twenty days if you stay focused, mostly by dumping all your water weight, but hey, it's your party.

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

Drink 16 full glasses of water per day. Eat very little. Exercise like crazy. The answer is always the same...fewer calories and more exercise. It never changes.

Instead of common conveniences like taking elevators, buses, subways, taxis, etc - walk, bike ride or jog... Take the long way around too.

Stick to a very healthy diet, drink lots of water, cut down on your portion sizes, cut down on the "goodies" you like.

But most of all, forget that it is holiday season! Give yourself a present instead (losing weight, I mean).....

Go back to exercise, drink plenty of water, eat low fat, check out weight watchers on the computer, lots of great tips.

eat healthy, walk more, use the elevator instead of stairs, and less junk food. but you cant really lose a certain amount of weight in just a couple of days. and dont starve your self, you end up gaining MORE wait...
