i want to bake hard&soft cookies.Im going to send that to iraq but my problem is...how do i store them so the crispy ones stay crispy and the soft ones wont get hard? it takes about 1week shipping. Any suggestions??? i hope so

Airtight containers; that can be a plastic bag with a clip or a box with a lid - matters not a jot - as long as it is airtight they will stay as fresh as if just baked.
Can't mix soft and crisp in the same bag though, as everything will achieve the SAME level of moisture - which will mean the crisp will seem soggy and the moist will seem dry.
I suppose putting bread in with the 'moist' baked stuff would help them to stay moist as the bread would act as a reservoir of fluid if it started to dry out - but adding moist bread to your crisp stuff would be a disaster for the reason explained earlier.

To keep the crispy ones crispy you definetly need an airtight container or some sort if posting would suggest plastic as a bit lighter than a metal one.,

Definitely bread in the bag you want to stay soft. Plain white bread should work fine. You might want to use two or three pieces if they ship for a while.

put in a couple of silicone packages. be sure to write do not eat this poison.the packages.as for soft yes put in a zip lock bag a couple slices of white bread and they will stay soft. for up to 2 weeks. try to get out as much air as you can before sealing the bags,

Store them in airtight containers, and add some rice to wick away the moisture. Also be sure to mark them properly cause otherwise the Post Office or Army will tear into them to inspect them before delivery.

I'M NOT SURE ABOUT THE BREAD, I'VE NEVER HEARD OF THAT. I WOULD WRAP THE SOFT TOGETHER IN FOIL, THEN PLCE IN A ZIPLOCK BAG, THEN IN A TUPAWARE BOWL. AND DO THE SAME W/ THE CRUNCHY COOKIES. GOOD LUCK. EVEN IF THEY DON'T STAY EXACTLY THE WAY YOU HOPED, IT'S THE THOUGHT THST COUNTS AND I'M SURE WHOEVER YOU'RE SENDING THEM TO DEEPLY APPRECIATES THEM.

They both need keeping in as air tight environment as poss! one to stop them getting soggy and the other to stop them getting crisp!!
