like what things i could i eat or drink. what exercises can i do or important things can i do before a game?

I suggest you eat lots of fruit and vegetables and maybe for dinner eat a vegetable soup. To drink- don't drink any sodas. drink low fat or non fat milk and water. exercises- stretch your thighs, arms, and legs. jog a mile.do push-ups and sit-ups.

Eat small portions of high-protein food for dinner, drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep, eat a high-carb breakfast, listen to The Rolling Stones' "Sympathy for the Devil" before the game, and kick some a$$!

A game?

Anything with a large amount of running - then carb load.

Eat complex carbohydrates the night before - your body converts this into glycogen which is easy to use the next day for energy.

Marathon runners have known this trick for decades.

High protein foods for sure.
I don't know what type of game you are talking about but if you are doing something that requires using a lot of muscle, I would load up on carbs tonight as well.
