Unfortunately I did have a very emotional affair 15 years ago. I was married and so was he.We got totally out of control with our feelings and found ourselves in a very hard place. It was like being on a roller coaster as long as we were together we were up but as soon as we were apart we were down. For 2 years we spent as much time together as we could steal trying to find a way to be together that wouldn't hurt everybody we cared about in the world.Eventually it got to where we were being careless and we didn't get caught but we had to make a few hard choices I choose to divorce my abusive husband and try to start over and he choose to stay with his wife.now 13 years later I am happily married to a wonderful man whom treats me and our children great and the man who stayed with his wife is getting a very messy divorce and is an emotional wreck.I wouldn't trade a minute of those two years for anything and I wish I could help him find his way because without him I'd have never gotten out of a bad marriage and found my Mr Right

That's dangerous territory...why do something so masochistic...and be emotionally unfaithful to your partner?

Don't do anything to anyone that you wouldn't want done to you...ya pretty much can't go wrong in life if you follow that path.

yes. it began as friends. then it turned into, this guy that treated me better than my husband...he understood me, and listened to me, told me i was beautiful...everything i wanted to hear. it was actually a very good connection. HOWEVER...i was still maried, and it was very bad of me to let it go as far as i did. I dodn't sleep with him, but my heart ached for him...he became who i wanted and needed. i know husbands can neglect us from time to time...but try to find whatever it is you are yearning for in your husband.... good luck
