I have an new girlfriend, and people are making fun of her. What should I do?

There's this one kid who's constantly saying mean things to me about Lauryn. Today he said she was an ugly b****. I felt like crying and killing him slowly at the same time. How could you be so cruel? I told him he's jealous because he's been chasing girls around since last year and none of them really like him. But I wanted to beat the crap out of him for saying that, but I'm not a very big person, and I can't really beat the **** out of anyone. Especially him, since he's like three times my size. He also calls me a b**** sometimes because I don't always do the "manly" thing. Also, when he talks about me, I frequently respond by telling him he's going to grow up to be a woman abuser, because he seriously does hit girls regularly. I just feel so powerless against people like him, I want to fight them, but then I realize I'd get the crap beat out of me. Not only that, but when someone talks about your girlfriend you're supposed to kick their a**. I don't know what to do.

You can tell him that he can say whatever he wants, but that you have a GF and he doesn't.

People like that have low self image and low self esteem. If he keeps bugging you or get physical with you go tell some adult.

No matter what though, stand up for your woman. You know she's special, no matter what anyone says about her.

Ah to live in those days again. Seriously though...as you grow older you will learn to realize when it comes to people like this "Who gives a crap". I am not trying to downplay your feelings on the matter just trying to point out a couple of things.
1. THis person doesn't seem to be your friend so why do you care what he says/thinks.
2. You don't have to kick the crap out of someone cause they don't like your girlfriend and say junk about her.
and
3. Be true to yourself. You are the one that has to face yourself in the mirror every morning. If you can do that with a clear concious then you are one step ahead of the game.

The best way, and this is strictly my own opinion, to deal with this guy is just ignore him. He isn't important to your life so approach it with the attitude of "Who the hell cares what you think" and limit the amount of time your around him. I'm not saying you need to go out of your way to avoid him, but when you are forced to be around him picture him as a little troll doll who babbles non-stop about ignorant garbage. Then proceed to brush it off.

Actually, a true man does not use violence, however animals in the woods do fight. Move your life and gf out of the circle that would include any jerk to be present. Do not engage in any more conversations with this creep, and in time he will move on to torment others. Don't even think you are supposed to beat him up, that's BS for sure. If you really like the girl protect her honor. That's what a real man would do. Doesn't matter what others think about her looks or personality as long as she makes you happy. Sometimes you might have to sacrifice so called friends for someone you care for but just remember guys like that are really not your friends at all.

reassure your girlfriend by telling her all the things you believe make her special. school kids are cruel and i know at the time it seems so important, that your going to be friends with these people as an adult. it just doesnt happen. (im 27) my advice to you is to have a great time with the people who treat you with respect, be silly and have fun, try new things and just enjoy your girlfriend. you will be much more sucessful in life and relationships than this moron, and when your older andyou see him working at mc donalds with sweat stained underarms you will realize that you won. dont give him the satisfaction of a reaction. the best revenge is living your life and loving it...

Depends on your grade cause a guy like that seems like hes trying to be tough bcuz in my school alot of people talk **** and stuff but i lay low but i dont let them mess with me physically if it comes to the point however anyone can talk **** but not anyone can execute what they say. anyways if u end up fighting him make sure u got the right homies on your back. Just laugh in his face and walk away. That'll really bother bullies when you react by laughing.

It makes them realize that you know what you're doing and that you are cooler than them.

Then say to him "why do you keep talking about my girlfriend, do you have a crush on her?"

Hes just jealous because you have a girlfriend and he doesnt. see hes lonely and now since you have found love he wont have his best friend to hang out with anymore! youll be into your new honey now and he feels as if she going to get all your attention. Well man all i have to say is that he is jealous. It seems to bother him to see you happy with your girl friend.....ugly or not thats all that matters that your happy. So instead of pyshically kicking his a** do it mentally by showing him how great she is to you and stuff.....eventually he should stop harrassing you.
