Most people tell me I am underweight, since I am 71 pounds and 5"4, but I'm not really hungry in the day. Is it okay to only eat one meal a day?

No I wouldn't say so, I think you should probably eat about 2-3 meals a day. Or since your not that hungry, try eating small meals through out the day.
But whatever you do try and gain some weight,

Yes. In many countries people are lucky if they get one meal every OTHER day. Some people are just small. My only suggestion would be for you to talk a multi-vitamin like Centrum, since it is difficult to get all the neccesary vitamins and minerals from just one meal a day. And eat lots of oranges. Oranges will keep you from dying from malnutrition due to starvation. Good luck with your modeling career; sounds like you're off to a great start!

No It's not ok!!!, you need help!, your BMI (body mass index) It's 12!!!, that's way to low!.
Eat your breakfast, that's the most important meal of the day, and if you are not really hungry during the day at least have some snacks, but you really need the help of a professional.

I have decided that you really arent some 14 year old anorexic girl. you are some bored kid that is making up questions to get a rise from as many people as you can. you prob were also the "13 yr old pregnant girl that was having twins and one died" that posted everyday then all of a sudden stopped. your "written speach" is the same as that person and they constantly asked the same thing over and over again like you are doing. I was wondering how long it would take for you to make up a new story!!

NO. Eat six small meals a day. You are suffering form malnutrition. You sound like those starving kids in Africa.

its not really recommended but dont force urself to eat either? ur growing...just eat small meals...have a snack every now and then...dont go eatin unhealthy foods just to gain wait, eat normally and still work out...maybe u can build some muscle

that is not very healthy. You need to get all of the food groups in your diet. three times a day is healthy.
