I need information that proves people who live in the US but are not citizens are discriminated against and attacked by racism.

Easy, just go through Yahoo Answers and you can see the callousness of people discriminating against non-citizens. Well, actually against anyone who is of different ethnicity or defends those who are.

Discrimination? Let me give you an example of discrimination against a tax paying U.S. Citizen. I recently retired from an administrative medical position. I decided to go back to work and applied for several positions in secretarial or clerical type work. Most of these positions stated that speaking Spanish was mandatory. Is this discrimination for an American born person who is qualified for a position but would not be considered because she cannot speak Spanish?

We are legally allowed and even required to discriminate against illegals. We should not be hiring them, renting or selling property to them, giving them free medical benefits, or educating them. This is not racism but self preservation. Why do people come here illegally and expect to be treated better than citizens? Is this not a form of discrimination that is being done to us?

For my friend down there: One thing I did was help make sure my ex-husband became a legal tax paying citizen. It wasn't easy or cheap but it was the right thing to do.

The best way would be to interview the individuals. Also, there is a case in Texas right now where a bunch of illegals are suing a restaurant (and actually I think it's Taco Bell....) for civil matters, discrimination being one of them. However, keep in mind that the Constitution gives NO RIGHTS to illegals.

Good luck. The only discrimination I see is the constant white bashing and taking back their land. According to them ANY rule, law, or expectation ,is racism.

Even if people don't want to admit it, but nativism (not racism) is a very bad issue in this country.

It has nothing to do with skin color. It has to do with them being ILLEGAL. Remember, illegals come in all colors, just like citizens. Try again, buddy.
