You are just verging on becoming overweight. Your BMI is 24.8. Also for your age, this is a little too heavy, you should technically not be more than 130lb.

But it also depends on your frame size and muscle mass. If you have a bigger frame and a lot of muscle, you may well be fine. You should have your body fat percentage checked professionally. If your body fat percentage is over 22%, then you need to lose weight. Ideal body fat for a male would be between 10% and 18%. HTH : )

no i wouldn't call it fat my friend had the same problem he was 190 pounds and he wus 5'4". He just started slowly slowly looking at what he ate, and he also started excersing and he lost 30 to 40 pounds!! but it took him 3 months. soo i hope you have the patience just don't work yourself out! and i really do think you should try it because it would also make you healthier if you don't feel happy with yourself! good luck

125 lbs is not fat lol.... I believe you have a sexy body though. I use to weight 120lbs 5`5 and I was (too) skinny but I'm a guy.

well im 15...5'9" and 215 lbs...as long as ur happy with ur body as I am...dont worry about what anyone thinks...yea its ok to get healthy and eat healthy and excersize but dont kill urself over it...u have a long time to grow still
