Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law (M.G.L. c.90 §7N ¼) offer some of the best consumer protection in the country. The number of days coverage varies with the age of the automobile, and can go as much as 1 year for a new car and 90 days for a used car. California has a similar law as well.

California. They give you 90 days on automobiles, which is a very liberal time frame. Most states only give you 30 days.
