Yes.. but to avoid getting freezer burn try this trick if you don't have a "seal-a-meal"... Place your leftovers in your container then put some plastic wrap over the top. Now put it into the microwave and cook on high until you see the plastic wrap balloon up for about 30 to 45 seconds... Then open the microwave and (use potholders) pull the container out...

The plastic wrap should rapidly invert causing an airtight seal... Now just put your cover over the container and freeze... I do this alot because I cook extras for my mom but I live 90 miles away... I store up several weeks worth of food and then deliver to her... She can store them for several weeks before she finishes the last one...

The only think that I have found to not freeze well is sausage... as in sausage and peppers..

Yes! I have Ham Hocks and beans in my freezer. One tip though, when it cools, before you put the lid on, place a piece of plastic wrap over the beans, lay it right on the beans then lid it, that'll keep the nasties (freezer burn) off of them. Enjoy

HAM PINWHEELS elements a million (8 ounce) brick cream cheese (softened) 16 oz bitter cream a million (a million ounce) packet packet Hidden Valley Ranch dip (dry) a million lb deli ham, sliced skinny yet not shaved (not honey ham!) a million (14 ounce) equipment azteca flour tortillas (8 large ones in line with %., contained in the refigerator section) guidelines 1In a wide bowl, blend at the same time cream cheese, bitter cream and dry ranch dip blend. 2Beat till no lumps proceed to be. 3Put an extremely skinny layer of the cheese mix on a tortilla, being particular now to not go all a thanks to the area. 4Place slices of ham on good (I continually placed one piece contained in the midsection and then decrease different products to in good structure around the perimeters), back being careful now to not go all a thanks to the area. 5Start tightly rolling the tortilla. attempt to save each and every thing interior so the cheese mix and ham do not come out. 6Roll up tightly in plastic wrap and position contained in the refrigerator or freezer. 7Repeat steps 3 by 7 till you run out of elements. 8When you're waiting to serve, decrease the lengthy rolls into small, round pinwheels. i became able to get 8 good pinwheels in line with lengthy roll (the endpieces are high quality to nibble on yet they don't seem making a quite presentation). in case you freeze the rolls for a short even as particularly than refrigerate them, it makes reducing a lot less complicated and presentation nicer. i did not freeze those in my photo, so as that they were messy and misshapen yet nonetheless very yummy! savor!

For a week maybe. After that condesation comes into the container and you get the ice crystal formation on top, you start to get freezer burn on the veggies and the meat. If you have one of those handy vacuum sealed bags, then a lot longer.
