Just lean in for a kiss. Go kind of slow. If she doesn't start leaning in for a kiss, give her a hug. Don't do anything she's not ready to do. If you think this isn't a solution, just tell her you've been thinking about kissing her, and ask her if she's ready. If she says no, just wait for her to make a move. Don't keep asking her and asking her. Then she'd feel pressured, and you don't wanna do that.

talk softly to her and when you feel the time is right, ask her---may I kiss you? If the answer is Yes, go for it. If its no, then give her a great big hug and whisper something nice in her ear.

plus, you just said she told you she was not ready 2 weeks ago, so even if you are ready, SHES NOT. or maybe she is now.
