How do I get a feiance visa?
I am English, my hub-to-be is American. We want to get married in the US.

Get your fiance to sponsor you for a fiance visa. He may/may not need an attorney to help him make your path to the US smoother. Go to www.uscis.gov for more info on how to apply, what type of information is needed, and the fees related to it. Good luck!

he would have to go to the / or call the Immigration from his homestate and get one . There be papers to filled out . But for right now you can get a tourist visa to come here for up to 6 months

you have to apply for it in the prescribed form in UK and after verification you may get the visa.
