If you're speaking in "real life", and you're still in school, and also if you're talking about the opposite sex, then thats ok, its better to focus on your school anyways. I don't think "sexy (boyfriend/girlfriend) in high school" would make much of an impression as much as "3.6 GPA".
But, if you are outta school, and talking in general about both your and the opposite sex, you just have to look at what the best parts about you are,( your personality, your physical attractiveness, or possibly how you are in bed) then find some friends that like you for who you are not what everyone else is trying to be.

there is not much info here that anyone could give a insightful answer to your question, if you do not feel anyone likes you I would get out more talk to people you know help others you may not know, start a conversation, just do not sit around thinking no one likes you
