My cats used to pee on me while I slept. They peed all over the furniture, carpets, my clothes, shoes, everything. I am still alive. It can smell bad, nothing more.

A flithy litter box will sometimes smell like ammonia and that will feel like it's burning your throat sometimes, especially when you go to clean it out. You would be able to identify the smell and it would be STRONG. A little cat pee on the floor does not smell like that and will not bother your throat.

How much are we talking about here? More than a gallon?
Grow up. It won't kill you unless you sleep in it/drink it/bathe in it. Are you planing on doing that? No?
Clean it up, clean the litter box (which maybe why he did that- or it could be in heat), clean your room, open the window to get some fresh air, and go read a book on cat care.

You know summer, you have some serious problems that I'm getting concerned about, I think you have some issues that need treatment and should see a consular.
This is the third time now. why don't you take a break and rest awhile, call a friend, go somewhere.
