"Hai i piu' bei occhi verdi che io abbia mai visto" (you have the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen)
OR
"Hai degli splendidi occhi verdi" (you have beautiful green eyes).
In italian you can't say simply "You have the most beautiful green eyes".
The sentences in byzantino's and bored's messages are NOT italian.
