Hello, i have this neighbor and we have been flirting with eachother now for about 1 year. He is always trying to get my attention and looks forward to seeing me when I am alone outside. Well he moved last week and everytime we talk on the phone he says, Oh! I will be in your neighborhood tonight and would like to come and say hello. Well he never shows up, do you think he doesn't come because I am in a relationship and he never knows when my mate by be home? What do you think is going on here? Granted I am in love with him.

Who cares? You're in a relationship so stop with the calls or end your relationship and wait around for Mr. No-Show.
You are disrespecting your mate by doing what you are doing...how would you feel if they were doing it to you, behind your back?
If you wouldn't like it done to you, then don't do it to someone else...besides, what goes around comes around...are you prepared for the consequences?

I am taking it you mean your In love with the guy that never shows up?? Well maybe it's time to get out of the relationship you in and move on with this guy and maybe he will start to show up..smiles.
