no longer merely are you plumbing the depths of a quite a approaches-fetched academic workout, you're additionally soliciting for an interpretation of ways the Holy Spirit weighs the middle of the guy. yet, right here is they way I comprehend it. It takes greater suitable than asking forgiveness. Hitler might have had to have been somewhat remorseful for what he'd achieved (it somewhat is uncertain). yet, enable's say he grew to become into and declared it. If he repented and meant it (and wasn't merely attempting yet another desperation pass previously the Russians have been given to him) THEN he asked for forgiveness, he could have been stored, making him eligible for Heaven.

If Adolf Hitler would have asked for forgiveness from an atheist would he still no longer exist?

If we all ask forgiveness from atheists do we get to no longer exist as the cosmos melts into oblivion and every memory of our lives are lost forever?

I'm not religious, but I don't begin to understand atheists. If there is no God there still isn't any consequence to believing in him.

Yes indeed. You see,God doesn't grade sins. To Him, a white liar is equal to a mass murderer, a sinner is a sinner. To repent of ALL sins includes ALL sins. I read where Jeffrey Dahmer accepted Christ in prison and if he truly did repent, he's with the Lord now. This is why good works won't save you and bad works won't condemn you. Accepting what Christ did at the Cross for our sins is the way to get saved, no matter what terrible crimes/sins one committed.

Asking for forgiveness is not how you are saved. You must repent (turn away) from sin and put your trust in Jesus.

But to get more to the point - yes, if Hilter had repented and put his trust in Jesus to save him, then he would have been saved.

For Hitler to of gone to (Christian) heaven he would of had to ask Jesus to come into his heart, and mean it. Jesus will save those who ask to be saved and believe that Jesus will save them when they ask Him to.
