I am 24 now and lost my virginity at 17 to a guy i ended being with for 6 years. BUT, it does not always happen that way. He was a virgin as well, but we ended up splitting last year because we just changed too much and didn't get along anymore.
I would say, both of you grow a little bit more and make sure that this is what you both want. You never know what could change you both and then you might feel like you made a mistake.
I would just say think it over longer.

Um I don't care how much you like each other, you never know what else can happen besides losing your virginity. Believe I've seen this happen before. Two friends of mine liked each other a lot and had sex at 16. Well guess what, they lost their virginity and the guy goes around gloating about it. Then he finds out that shes pregnant and then he stops gloating, their families hate them and only help because of the baby, and they are poor and depressed.
I don't think that you want that, so instead wait and just let time do its thing and when your older then go for it. Don't waste your life by doing it now.

Nooo! I'm a virgin, but I can say wait! You may think you really are in love or like each other a lot, but you should definitely wait and make it worth while. What if in a week this guy turns out to be a jerk...this is something you can never give to anyone else, remember that, so be sure you like it. I suggest waiting a few more years until you are SURE, he's the one.
Good luck! ^_^ And nice morals (asking first and all)

Coming from a guy who lost it at an even younger age I highly recommend waiting. It will mean a whole lot more to both of you if you are still together in a couple of years. You will probably regret losing it to him if you guys do break up. If he says that he doesn't want to be with you since you won't do anything physical then you should break up with him. That is not the kind of person you want to be with. Don't ever sucuumb to threats.

Well, loosing your virginity is a major deal. Once you do it you can never go back, is this guy the one that you want to remember as the person you lost your virginity to? Do you really really love him. Is he that special to you. If not you should wait, there really is no rush. Take your time, let that day be special one that you can remember fondly rather than with shame or regret.

You should wait. It could throw the relationship in the garbage. It's better to wait, even if he is pressuri
ng you. I he is, he only wanted your body, and did not care for you. You should work on developing a stronger bond first before deciding to go that route. From my point of view, it's better to wait until marriage, but that's just me.

If you love each other wait. If you want to like each otther for a while, then have a nasty break up and regret it, go ahead. If you do it, remember this question and this answer. You'll break up and feel HORRIBLE and regretful. I promise you. Who ends up with the person they slept with at 15? NO ONE!

wait until you are married, 90% of the people who get married after losing their virginity to someone else regret not waiting. and about 50% of those marriages fail. and I know some people who wished that they had waited.
