I want a photo editor wher I can change my hair color, eye color, etc... please!

There are a number of editors that can help you [Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, MM Fireworks etc... (as far as I know Gimp is a linux based software, so you need have a linux operating system to use it)].
But the point is you should be knowledgeable about image editing... You, for example, should properly select the hair part first via selection tools of them before you deal with colors... and this is how: they all have their own explanatory, illustrative help files. Read related sections carefully; and you could then do it more easily. There are also websites on using image editing software, just search the net with related keywords.

There is a lot of crapy photo editors out there but the most reliable and profesional is Photoshop CS2 9.0.
The question would be... Would you know how to use it?
