Write a poem........if you make mistakes, don't correct them. Originality is the key. Use color as to be creative. Draw some little flowers or something like that. Than, go to where she's at and sing it to her on one knee. Be very genuine. She will melt!!

Flowers are always a good one, especially if you know what her favorite flower is.
Aside from that it depends on the person. Maybe find a picture of the two of you together and get a nice frame for it. Chocolates are usually good. Most girls hint pretty well if they're not really into them. For those who like jewelry that's always an option, though stick to earrings, bracelets, and necklaces (I really don't suggest the earrings as much as it's hard to find good ones that she'll like) Sometimes rings can sometimes give the wrong message ;)

-Or if she really likes sports get her season tickets (but that is sort of a guy thing).
